IDEA student murals on picnic tables for Vancouver's SKOOKUM Festival

Drew Young (previous IDEA grad and current art director of Vancouver Mural Festival and Skookum) reached out to both of us to do this gig.

After Ian and I’s previous collab mural for Vancouver Mural Festival, it was great to take a step back and paint something smaller. It’s always a pleasure to paint murals, and I’m just glad to be part of a large event that embraces gives artists a place to express themselves. Glad to bring a little life to an everyday thing, to surprise the community, and to add a splash of to our to the city.

Some of the other artists we spent the day with were: Lauren Elms, Aaron Snow, and Michael Bock.
