Abby Jocson (IDEA21) wins 1st & 4th place for CAPIC Rodeo 11 Illustrations with "My Ate" and “Vancouver Sheet Music”

Congratulations to Abby Jocson (IDEA Grad 2021) for winning 1st & 4th place in the CAPIC Rodeo 11 student contest for Illustration with her digital painting "My Ate" (shown above) and "Vancouver Sheet Music" (shown below).

An ode to the flocks of crows that roam Vancouver.

CAPIC is the Canadian Association of Professional Image Creators, and RODEO student competition is open to photography and illustration students across Canada. Visual arts students from across the country compete for national exposure and an array of great prizes. The winning entries are also published on the CAPIC website and on social media.

Many congratulations to Capilano University's IDEA School of Design students who continue to dominate the CAPIC student awards in illustration!
