With three weeks under your belts, something big has happened—you’re no longer just getting used to the practicum. You’re in it. This week, the focus shifted from learning the ropes to actively contributing, refining your skills, and tackling unexpected challenges. Some of you felt the pressure of real deadlines, while others began to own your roles and see your work take shape. Let’s dive into the highlights of Week 3.
Confidence & Contribution
Many of you shared that you’re starting to feel like a real part of the team. The initial nerves are fading, replaced by confidence in your abilities and a growing sense of ownership over your work. For some, this was the week your ideas were not only heard but implemented.
