Happy Halloween & Inktober from IDEA Grad 2023

Every October, artists all over the world take on the Inktober drawing challenge by doing one ink drawing a day the entire month.

We asked our first year students (IDEA Grad 2023) to send us their best dark and spooky Inktober illustrations. See some of their work below!

Dark Castle—This is a quick painting of a dark castle I did a couple of months ago. It’s more of a practice piece more than anything for me as I don’t do environment paintings as much as I should be doing.

Miserables—I did this piece for a D&D campaign I was apart of some years ago. This was among my first digital art pieces I’ve ever done.

Sith Princess Zelda—This was for a Star Wars Challenge that a website I frequent on ran. It’s based on Princess Zelda from The Legend of Zelda and Star Wars.

The Guildmaster—This is a fanart I was in the process of doing for Skyrim before I took up more important projects. I intend to finish it one day, but for now it gathers digital dust on my hard drive.
