Aidan Zecchel (IDEA Grad 2021) wins 2nd Place in CAPIC Rodeo 12 Student Illustration Contest with 'Fragments'
Congratulations to Aidan Zecchel (IDEA Grad 2021) for winning 2nd place in the CAPIC Rodeo 12 student contest for Illustration with "Fragments" (shown above).
“This was for part of a third-year assignment where you create a series of posters for a music festival. I made one about called “Fragments” which featured 3 expressive multi-instrumentalists. My strategy was to leverage the idea of different pieces coming together into the illustration style. I’m a sucker for watercolour and this was a good excuse to break out the traditional media! They came out really weird and fun! ”
